Why Locals Love Pho One
Nestled in the heart of Lewisville, TX, Pho One is a must-visit Vietnamese restaurant that excels in delivering authentic pho and traditional Vietnamese flavors in a warm, inviting setting. Specializing in rich, aromatic pho and beef stew dishes, Pho One brings a true taste of Vietnam with each bowl.
The highlight here is undoubtedly the Beef Stew selections, where tender beef is slow-cooked to perfection, infused with fragrant spices and herbs. Whether you prefer it served with crispy French bread (Banh mi bo kho), silky egg noodles (Mi bo kho), delicate rice noodles (Hu tieu bo kho), fluffy steamed rice (Com bo kho), or vermicelli noodles (Bun bo kho), each option promises a comforting, savory experience that warms both body and soul. This versatility allows diners to customize their meal to their exact cravings, whether it’s the hearty noodles or the satisfying crunch of fresh bread.
Complementing these mains are the delightful desserts like the smooth, creamy Flan (Banh flan) — a perfect retreat for those afternoons or after a hearty meal. For beverage lovers, their bubble tea offerings are vibrant and refreshing, with the choice of classic bubble tea with or without boba, adding a playful, sweet twist to your dining experience.
Guests consistently rave about the quality and aromatic depth of the broth. Olivia Carney shares that it’s a “flavorful and fragrant” broth that even her grandmother favors, emphasizing the traditional touch and home-style care evident in each bowl. Regular customer Stephanie praises the generous portions paired with a perfect balance of flavors, dubbing it the “BEST PHO EVER!!” — a testament to the restaurant’s unwavering commitment to authenticity and satisfaction.
Vegetarian diners are equally well-catered for, with a dedicated section on the menu featuring dishes like Bahn Mi, pho, tofu fried rice, and spring rolls, all praised by Abhinav Joshi for their thoughtful preparation and flavorful sauces. This inclusion highlights Pho One’s inclusive approach and culinary versatility.
While the ambiance is cozy and the service efficient, it’s worth noting some customer feedback regarding food presentation; for example, one visitor expressed concerns about vegetable plates being stored near the cashier, suggesting an area where Pho One could further enhance its commitment to food safety and hygiene.
Overall, Pho One delivers a nourishing, authentic Vietnamese dining experience that resonates deeply with both traditionalists and new explorers of the cuisine. Whether you’re indulging in their tender beef stew, savoring a steamy bowl of pho, or cooling down with a luscious bubble tea, Pho One invites you to discover the true essence of Vietnamese comfort food in Lewisville.
For those seeking a vibrant, flavorful meal with generous portions and a wide range of authentic Vietnamese dishes, Pho One is a standout destination worth visiting again and again.

My grandmothers favorite pho place. The broth is flavorful and fragrant, and all of the menu items are delicious, even vegetarian options. This is the only restaurant I bother ordering fried rice at, haha.

Hands down, one of the absolute best Pho I’ve ever tasted!

Perfect for vegetarian with a fairly large selection. They have a separate section for vegetarians in the menu. We tried Bahn Mi, Pho, fried rice with Tofu and spring rolls. All was very good, complimented by tasteful sauces. Fully satisfied!! The service was very efficient and the food came quite quickly. Good ambience.

Been coming here for years and finally reviewing! As someone who eats way too much pho you should trust my review. And the verdict is - BEST PHO EVER!! Not exaggerating. Always amazing! They also give very generous portions too which is nice! My go to - steak and meatball pho and a honeydew smoothie with boba! Mmmm

Food here is really good. Service is good. But I have big issues with them leaving the plates of the vegetables on top of their counters. They are laid out right next to the cashier's counter. Feels very unsanitary and I can't help but wonder how much airborne saliva and dust land on top of them. Their pho is very good but I won't order it anymore because of it. Hoping management will find a better way to store these. Until then, I'll stick to the rice plates.

The service was great, but I wasn't super in love with everything because we paid 6 bucks for Thai tea and it comes out in what looks like a small cup. The quality of the food was good, but not great. 6 dollars for 2 very small fried spring rolls. This restaurant will do, but I have other Vietnamese restaurants in the area I think are better.

Came in for dinner with my big family. The waiter was very friendly and accommodated all our kids needs. Price is really good for the portion. Their food itself is also good. We love to stop here when we are in the area.

Amazing restaurant. My boyfriend and I have been coming into this establishment at least once a week for about two years now. The service is always top notch and the staff is all very kind. The pho is unmatched — genuinely the best I’ve ever had, the broth and noodles are just so good. The egg rolls are delicious as well. Portions are amazing sizes and always come out pipping hot! Sometimes I like to look out the window at the McDonald’s and see if we can get out food faster than the people in the drive through — we almost always do.
